Natalia Carrasco

Natalia Carrasco is a Senior Consultant in Innovation and Design at Fjord, part of Accenture Song, since November 2021, focusing on project quality assurance and business development support. In addition, Natalia serves as a Senior Service and Interaction Designer at Start-Up Chile and is a visiting lecturer specializing in effective communication and pitch training. Previous roles include Lead UX Researcher at BBK+2Brains, Product Owner and Project Director at Lahuen Health, and UX Project Leader at Agencia Match. Natalia has also contributed to international hackathons as a Design Mentor and has held positions in service design with the Ministry of Justice UK and as Head of Design at Enseña Chile. Academically, Natalia holds a Master's degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and several degrees from institutions in Chile and Italy.
