Leon Scrimmager MD is the Chief of the Medical Unit at Addiction Research and Treatment Corporation & Urban Resource Institute. Leon also owns Upper Eastside Internal Medicine. Previously, Leon served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. Leon received their MD in Medicine from Rutgers University.
