Gaurav Aggarwal

Gaurav Aggarwal is an experienced professional in customer service operations, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service Operations at STARTEK since February 2018, where responsibilities include leading service delivery and client relations across multiple geographies. Prior to this, Gaurav held the position of Associate Vice President at Contact Center Company from April 2014 to January 2018, overseeing the CLM business for Saudi Telecom in Riyadh, managing both consumer and enterprise business units. Further experience includes serving as Sr. Manager - Operations at Aegis Limited from July 2008 to March 2014 and as Agency Manager (Priority Circle) for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited for a brief period in late 2007. Gaurav began the career as a Team Leader at Global Vantedge from June 2004 to November 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University, completed in 2005, and attendance at The Army Public School from 1994 to 2001.
