Munish Naveria

Munish Naveria is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the business process outsourcing industry. Currently serving as AVP of Operations at STARTEK since November 2021, Munish previously held senior managerial positions at Teleperformance from January 2017 to November 2021 and managed operations as Site Head from August 2015 to January 2017. Munish’s career also includes a role as Sr Manager of Operations at Teleperformance India, focusing on inbound operations for Airtel with over 600 employees, and as Operations Manager at Aegis BPO, managing operations for the MTS account with a span of 800 employees. Munish holds a Graduation Diploma in Business Administration from the National Institute of Management, awarded between 2004 and 2007.
