Vadiraj S has over 15 years of experience in the ITES industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Startek since February 2014. In this role, Vadiraj successfully manages daily BPO operations, leading a team of over 200 employees to exceed key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
