Max McKee

Max McKee serves as the Head of Capital Formation - Private Markets at StartEngine, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Max was the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at EquityZen from January 2019 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets and as an Investment Analyst at Fosun 复星, both roles undertaken from January 2016 to January 2019. Additionally, Max gained experience as a Trading Intern at Louis Dreyfus Company in January 2016. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and graduated from Boca Raton Community High School.
