Michael Dugan

Michael Dugan possesses extensive experience in the sports apparel and team sales industries, currently serving as President for both Starter Uniforms and Jayva Brands' Sports divisions since July 2024. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Vice President for Legends' Team Division and for New Business Development at Speedline Athletic/Gehring Textiles. Additional roles include Vice President of Sales at Dynamic Team Sports and Field Sales at Eastbay, along with a Team Sales Representative position at LIDS Sports Group. Michael founded D & B Sportswear, LLC in March 2011, focusing on innovation in screen printing and promotional products. Early career experience includes a sales role at Grizzly Graphics. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Mercyhurst University.
