Jovana Zorić

Head of Customer Success at Infinity

Jovana Zorić has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jovana started their career in 2013 as an English Teacher at Lexis School of Languages and later worked at New Visions School in the same role. In 2015, they joined IM Media Group as a Content Writer, where they wrote web articles and SEO articles for the company's websites. Jovana then joined Dabset Sales Funnels in 2016 as a Content Writer, creating original content in various forms and writing copy for different marketing materials.

In 2017, Jovana became a Co-Founder of VertiKlik where they created original content, proofread and edited other writers' work, managed accounts, and organized workflow. In 2018, they joined Infinity as a Content Manager, responsible for creating content in various niches and participating in content strategy creation for businesses. Jovana later transitioned to the role of Product Marketing Manager, where they worked closely with the product team to position Infinity's solution for customers and partners worldwide. Jovana is currently the Head of Customer Success at Infinity, overseeing and optimizing customer support processes and working on improving customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.

Throughout their career, Jovana has exhibited strong communication and writing skills, demonstrating their ability to create engaging and impactful content.

Jovana Zorić pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad. Jovana completed their undergraduate studies from 2009 to 2013.
