Lori Deluca

Lori DeLuca, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Lori has held various roles in different companies, starting in 2019 with the founding of their own company, DeLuca Financial Services, where they served as the Founder and President. Since then, Lori has taken on part-time CFO positions in several organizations, including Chingona Ventures, Buoyant Ventures, Starting Line, Permanent Capital VC, ex/ante, WinForest Partners, Overture VC, and BVVC, providing finance expertise and accounting support to the founding partners and teams. In these roles, they have been responsible for tasks such as accounting, financial reporting, human resources, and investor relations. Lori has also collaborated with third-party service providers, including fund administrators, banks, and audit/tax service providers, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient operations. Additionally, they served as the Senior Controller at WovenEarth Ventures, where they provided finance, accounting, and human resources support. Lori DeLuca, CPA, received their Master of Science (MS) in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1999. Lori DeLuca is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
