Brandon Klein has a diverse background in sales and business development. Brandon started their career in 2001 as an Executive Personal Assistant for an independent company. Brandon then worked as an Account Executive at Integra Telecom from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they served as a Major Account Executive at GTT in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Sr. Channel Manager at InterCall. In 2013, they became a Consulting Advisor to the CEO at PeopleTicker, where they contributed to the development of business solutions. Brandon later joined InterCall again in 2013 as a Senior National Sales Manager for the Mid Atlantic/Southeast region. Brandon's career took a significant step forward in 2015 when they joined CarrierX as the Vice President of Global Sales, where they played a key role in helping developers enhance customer experiences using programmable communications applications. In 2017, they became an Official Member of Forbes Business Development and Sales Council, and in 2019, they joined PeopleTicker as an Advisory Board Member.

Brandon Klein attended Ballard High School from 1997 to 2001, where they received a BS degree in General Studies. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Louisville from 2001 to 2005, majoring in Sports Administration and earning a BS degree. In 2001, Brandon also briefly attended Ohio University for Sports Administration studies, although no degree information is provided for this institution.
