Alexis Unzeitig

Alexis Unzeitig is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations, currently serving as a member at StartOps since September 2024. Previously, Alexis held multiple positions at Dolls Kill, including Vice President of Customer Experience, where innovative strategies generated over $7 million in revenue from a new live commerce channel and improved customer service operations through AI implementation. As Director of Customer Experience, Alexis achieved a 40-point increase in NPS and drove revenue growth through international market expansion and new store launches. Alexis also contributed to Brilliant Earth as a Senior Operations Manager, significantly expanding the operations team and improving customer satisfaction. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Austin College.
