Mayank Shriv

Mayank Shriv is the Head of Core Data & Platform Engineering and a Founding Engineer at StarTree. Mayank has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Mayank was previously with The Apache Software Foundation and LinkedIn, where they were a Sr. Staff Software Engineer. At LinkedIn, they led the RealTime Analytics team and was responsible for building Apache Pinot from the ground up. Mayank also served on the Staff promo committee for Data Org. Prior to LinkedIn, Mayank was a Principal Engineer at Synopsys Inc.

Mayank Shriv pursued a B.E. in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology and then went on to obtain an M.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Mayank has also obtained certification from LinkedIn in Unconscious Bias and from Coursera in Machine Learning.

They are on a team with Uday Kiran Vallamsetty - Head of Corporate Strategy and Operations, Swami Sundaramurthy - Head of Engineering, and Amol Mathur - Head of Platform Infra. Their manager is Kishore Gopalakrishna, Co-Founder & CEO.
