Vipul Chandraker has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and operations engineering. VIPUL currently works at StarTree as a Technical Support Engineer since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Confluent as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from 2021 to 2023, and as a Technical Support Engineer from 2021 to 2023. VIPUL also served as a Site Reliability Engineer at Acceldata in 2021. Vipul gained experience in customer operations engineering at Cloudera, where they worked as a Senior Customer Operations Engineer from 2019 to 2021, and as a Customer Operations Engineer from 2019 to 2019. Their earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support Engineer at Hortonworks in 2018, where they dealt with various issues related to YARN and HDFS services, as well as assisting customers with the installation and configuration of Hadoop security components. Before that, they worked as a Hadoop Administrator at InfoSys Ltd. from 2016 to 2018, focusing on ensuring the smooth functioning of the HDP cluster and implementing fixes for Hive, Storm, and Atlas issues.

Vipul Chandraker completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in electrical and electronics engineering from Ballari Institute of Technology and Management between 2011 and 2015. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including the HDP Certified Administrator (HDPCA) Exam from Hortonworks in December 2019, Confluent Certified Administrator for Apache Kafka from Confluent in October 2021, Confluent Certified Developer for Apache Kafka from Confluent in June 2022, and CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in March 2020.
