Luciana da Mata is an experienced mentor and consultant at NZ3 Aceleradora since June 2024, and a faculty member at StartSe, one of the leading business schools focused on future workforce transformation. Previously, Luciana served as Head of Customer Experience at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, overseeing customer journeys and leading the Experience Excellence Program. Additionally, Luciana held roles in business development at CIVI-CO and as Head of Customer Experience at Nubank, where leadership of a large team emphasized customer-centric decision-making. Luciana also contributed to customer service strategy at Itaú Unibanco and held directorial positions at Nextel Brasil and Youse Seguros, implementing innovative customer experience initiatives.
