Caitlyn Touzell

Caitlyn Touzell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managerial roles, particularly in sustainability and program development. Currently serving as General Manager at StartSomeGood since April 2024 and holding the same title at Boomerang Labs since May 2022, Caitlyn has previously excelled as a Program Lead for EnergyLab's Climate Tech Ignite, focusing on commercializing decarbonization technologies. Prior roles include Sustainability Consultant at Arup, Stakeholder Engagement Manager at Circular Australia, and various positions at Bunnings over an eight-year tenure. Caitlyn completed a Bachelor of Development Studies (Honours) and a Bachelor of Development Studies, Urban and Regional Development at the University of Newcastle, contributing to a strong foundation in development and sustainability.
