I am a human resource executive with over 15 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management and extensive experience in small business startup/management consulting. My professional experiences include executive-level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, and employee relations.

I am currently seeking new opportunities. In my last position, I served as the VP of HR & Admin for WCN Television Inc. I was responsible for HR support for over 250 employees in this role. Before WCN, I managed HR functions and provided strategic business partner services for HiTemp Materials, WizChimp LLC, etc. During my career at WCN, I organized and supported large, complex organizations with globally dispersed employees and staff. I am also an investor in WCN and served as treasurer on the board of directors.
