Joline Lavoie

Joline Lavoie is an experienced design and operations professional with a strong background in creative direction, branding, and event management. Currently serving as the Design & Operations Manager at Startup Canada since September 2018, Joline leads design efforts and creates graphics for social media and web platforms. Previous roles include Production & Brand Manager and AV, Graphics & Production Administrator, where Joline collaborated on marketing campaigns and event branding. As a freelance designer and photographer, Joline develops visual identities for brands and specializes in event and promotional photography. Joline's experience also includes graphic design internships with the Department of National Defence and IB-MEDIAS in France, along with a history of instructing cadets in leadership and activity planning. Joline holds a diploma in Graphic Design from NBCC and CCNB.
