Damian Czerw

Damian Czerw's work experience includes roles at two companies. From August 2018 to January 2020, they worked at AVSystem as a Senior HR Specialist. In this role, they handled recruitment processes, managed the HR team and department, conducted employer branding campaigns, and provided legal consulting. Damian was also responsible for smaller office management tasks and the onboarding process. From January 2018 to October 2020, they worked at Startup Development House. Damian started as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Business & HR Operations Manager.
