Karina Chez Cramer

Karina Chez Cramer is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Board Member at LLYC since April 2025, Karina has been the Chairwoman and Managing Partner at KAYA Energy Group since May 2011, significantly contributing to the advancement of solar energy in the Caribbean. As a co-founder and Chairwoman of Chez Space since October 2016, and a Board Member of Motor Crédito, S. A. since August 2018, Karina is dedicated to fostering innovation and sustainability. Involvement includes serving as a Chapter Director for Startup Grind and holding leadership positions at the Asociación para el Fomento de Energías Renovables and the Entrepreneurs' Organization, along with past roles on various boards. Karina holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s from Columbia University and an MBA from Pace University, underpinning a strong foundation in international relations and business management.
