Lourdes Tiglao, MBA, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in diverse roles within government and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Center for Women Veterans at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Lourdes is a Presidential Appointee in the Biden-Harris Administration. Lourdes’s involvement with prominent organizations includes being a Defense Council Fellow at the Truman National Security Project and an Associate Board Chair at the National Veterans Art Museum. Notably, Lourdes has completed significant training in project management and has been actively engaged in enhancing diversity initiatives. Lourdes holds a Master’s degree in International Business from The George Washington University and has a background in medical education.
