Bari Krein

Bari Krein has a diverse range of work experience in various highly respected organizations. Bari started their career at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in 1989 as a Senior Attorney. After working there for five years, they joined Reed Smith LLP in 1994 as an Associate and Partner. In 1999, Bari Krein became the General Counsel at Promotions.com, Inc. and continued in that role until 2002. Bari then joined OrganizedWisdom.com in 2007 as the Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs, Secretary. Bari held this position until 2011. In the same year, they became the Chief Strategy and Compliance Officer at StartUp Health.

Bari Krein has an extensive educational background. Bari first attended the University of Delaware from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Following this, from 1986 to 1989, Bari Krein attended Widener University School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, focusing on the field of law. Furthering their legal studies, they then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Tax Law/Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, completing their studies from 1989 to 1991.
