Joshua Cherry-Seto

Joshua Cherry-Seto has extensive work experience in finance and investment management. Joshua is currently serving as Partner & CFO at StartUp Health since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Blue Wolf Capital Partners for almost 9 years, holding the positions of Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer. Joshua also worked at Grove International Partners and Grove Funds Management LLC as a Portfolio and Valuations Manager and Valuations Manager respectively, from 2008 to 2013. Before joining Grove International, they were employed at Citi Alternative Investments for 7 years, where they held various roles including VP, Hedge Fund Product Manager and VP, Finance Manager.

Joshua Cherry-Seto completed their high school education at Stuyvesant High School from 1989 to 1993. Joshua then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Labor Relations and Economics at Cornell University ILR School from 1993 to 1997. Afterwards, they attended Columbia University and obtained a Certification in Executive IT Management (Database) in 2002. Finally, they completed their education at NYU Stern School of Business from 2002 to 2007, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
