Justin Nicols

Justin Nicols is the Founder and CEO of Sift Healthcare, a company focused on improving data clarity and optimizing financial performance in the healthcare revenue cycle. Since June 2017, Sift Healthcare has provided advanced decision support solutions to enhance revenue cycle management. Additionally, Justin serves as a Healthcare Transformer for StartUp Health and previously held key roles at Okanjo, first as Vice President of Business Development and later as Chief Operating Officer, driving community engagement in eCommerce. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Business Development at Drescher Holdings, Inc., and founding Study With Me, a social academic network for students. Justin holds a degree from the Lubar College of Business Administration.
