Joban Bal

Joban Bal is a dedicated health advocate and entrepreneur, having founded the One Blood For Life Foundation in September 2016, where leadership has led to significant blood and stem cell donation initiatives across British Columbia. Currently serving as President, Joban Bal has successfully built a volunteer base of over 480 individuals and facilitated thousands of donations. In addition to this role, Joban Bal is involved as an Investor and Advisor at Startup TNT, and serves as an Associate at HaloHealth, supporting early-stage health technology companies in Canada. As a member of the BC & Yukon Regional Liaison Committee for Canadian Blood Services, Joban Bal has contributed to pivotal projects aimed at enhancing donor engagement. Moreover, Joban Bal co-founded the Hearts of BC Foundation, focusing on improving heart health outcomes. Joban Bal holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution.
