Diana Karyan

Diana Karyan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the technology and private equity sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at the Center for Private Law Foundation since November 2024, Diana also holds the position of Head of Legal and Privacy, and previously served as a Legal Officer at Startup Wise Guys, a prominent early-stage startup investor in Europe, since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Specialist at One Planet Group, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, and a Legal Trainee at Concern Dialog law firm. Diana holds two Master of Laws degrees from TalTech and American University of Armenia, along with a Bachelor of Laws from Yerevan State University.
