Kateryna Polishko

Kateryna Polishko has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2003 as an Office Manager at Sun Grain. In 2005, they started working at lifecell Ukraine as a Callcenter Agent, then a Team Leader/Supervisor, and later a Quality Management Expert. In 2013, they became a Branch Manager at PLS Logistics Services, overseeing a team of 100+ people and managing office operations and procedures. In 2020, they began working at Mindy Support as the Chief Operating Officer, leading the Operations Department with over 1500 people across 6 locations in Ukraine. Kateryna also held a role as an Advisor to the Head at the State Property Fund of Ukraine. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at StartupCraft Inc, where they are responsible for daily control over projects, business relations with existing clients, budgeting, and hiring top talents.

Kateryna Polishko completed their Master's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Kyiv National Linguistics University between 2001 and 2006.
