Alicia Kallander is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Frameplay since October 2021, Alicia collaborates with business partners to create strategies for employee engagement and talent retention. Concurrently, Alicia holds the role of HR Leader at StartupExperts, fostering a community of HR professionals. Prior to these positions, Alicia worked at Endsight as the Manager of Talent & Performance, overseeing all human resource functions for over 80 employees, and served as a Human Resources Manager at Mindshare Group, consulting for various corporate clients. Alicia's earlier experience includes an Executive Team Lead role at Target and a Pastoral Assistant position for Youth Ministry, alongside analytical work for Manpower Inc. Alicia holds a BS in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Counseling from Old Dominion University.
