Jennifer Seltzer

Jennifer Seltzer has extensive experience at Kroger, serving in various roles since January 1991, including positions such as Kroger clerk, store management, and coordinator. From May 2015 to February 2025, Jennifer held multiple titles, including Grocery Field Merchandiser, District Human Resources Manager, District Merchandising Manager, and District Operations Coordinator. Currently, Jennifer is the Division Assistant HR Leader at Kroger, a position held since June 2025. Jennifer earned a degree in Criminal Justice from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University South Bend between 1993 and 1998.
