Anna Jade McCaffrey

Anna McCaffrey, PHR, currently serves as the Director of HR at StarTree, where responsibilities include managing global onboarding and overseeing goals and metrics for the people and talent teams, as well as developing performance reviews. In addition, Anna is an HR Leader for StartupExperts, a community for HR, Finance, and Ops leaders focused on mutual support and learning. Previous experience includes roles at Cobalt.io as a People Operations Specialist, where Anna managed the transition to remote work during COVID-19, and as a People Operations Coordinator at NatureBox, focusing on recruitment. Anna holds a Human Resource Management Certification from the University of the Pacific and a degree from Sonoma State University, enhancing expertise in human resource practices.
