Bita Masjedi

Bita Masjedi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bita currently holds the position of Senior People Experience Manager at Regard since January 2023, where they previously worked as a People Experience Manager from May 2022 until January 2023. Prior to that, Bita worked at StartupExperts as a Director of Roundtable Discussions and Operations Leader, starting from January 2021.

In 2020, Bita joined Convergence Group as a People Operations Manager, where they introduced a metrics-based performance management system. Bita also served as a Program Operations Manager at Convergence Group during the same period.

From 2018 to 2019, Bita worked as an Operations Manager at Heal, where they managed a team of operations coordinators and oversaw day-to-day operations. Bita initially joined Heal as an Operations Coordinator in 2017.

Bita also gained experience as an Onboarding Specialist at Breeze Labs, Inc. from December 2015 to November 2016 and as a Program Coordinator at RaiseAChild.US from October 2012 to December 2015.

Earlier in their career, Bita worked at the City of Los Angeles as a Camp Program Director and Recreation Assistant from 2003 to 2015. In 2013, they interned as a Special Events Intern at AIDS Project Los Angeles.

Bita Masjedi holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from UC Irvine. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: CA Employees V4.01 2022" from Traliant in August 2022, and "Human Resources Foundations" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
