Danielle Haselton

Danielle Haselton, SPHR, serves as the NYC Community / HR Leader at StartupExperts since 2023, fostering collaboration among HR, Finance, and Ops professionals in an invite-only community. Previously, Danielle was Chief of Staff to the CEO at Pawp, Inc. during 2021-2023, contributing to a Series A start-up in the pet care industry. Danielle has also held significant roles as a Founding Board Member at Women's Ball Hockey NYC, Manager of People Operations and Employee Experience at Smallhold, and People Experience Manager at Radar. Earlier experience includes positions at Qubit, Stroz Friedberg, Happy Tree Maple Water, STAMP Event Management, and The Walt Disney Company, where Danielle managed operations and enhanced employee experiences. Danielle holds a B.A. in Economics and Art History from Occidental College and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
