Hanna Nordvik

Hanna Nordvik, J.D., PHR, is a seasoned HR consultant and business owner at Perennial HR since January 2024, while also serving as HR Leader at StartupExperts since February 2024. Prior experience includes leading HR at Block from June 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed the Head of HR for Square (US) and HR Business Partner Lead roles. Hanna also contributed to Weebly as Senior Manager of People Operations, following its acquisition by Block, and held the position of HR Manager at Sequoia Consulting Group from 2016 to 2018. Before that, Hanna served as Director of Legal & Business Affairs at M34 Capital, Inc., Senior Counsel & HR Manager at Edyt, and Corporate Counsel at Data Recognition Corporation. Early career experience includes law clerk positions at Sjoberg and Tebelius, PA, and Mayer Brown. Hanna holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from St. Cloud State University.
