Laura Durfee

Laura Durfee is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Senior Director of Talent at DNSFilter since June 2021, where responsible for building a recruiting function and scaling sustainable hiring strategies. As a Talent Advisor at Durfee Talent Solutions, Laura consults tech startups on enhancing their recruiting functions, providing services in ATS selection, employer branding, and full-cycle recruitment. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Lead at A Cloud Guru, where managed the global recruiting team, and roles at Linux Academy, ECCO Safety Group, Paylocity, and Objective Paradigm, where expertise in building and implementing talent acquisition strategies was demonstrated.
