Natasha Barksdale

Natasha Barksdale is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent development. Currently serving as the Head of People at Anjuna Security since September 2021, Natasha also contributes as an HR Leader within StartupExperts, a community dedicated to supporting HR and Ops leaders. Prior roles include positions at Tophatter, where Natasha held dual titles as Head of People Operations and Head of Talent Development, and OpenDNS (now part of Cisco) as Employee Success Manager and Recruiter. Natasha has also worked with notable companies such as Zynga, Facebook, Salesforce.com, and MTV Networks. Natasha holds a BA in Communication Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
