Thorsteinn Yngvi Gudmundsson

Thorsteinn Yngvi Gudmundsson is a co-founder and VP of Operations and Finance at GRID since October 2018, and serves as Chairman of the Board for Leviosa, focusing on the development of innovative EHR software. Gudmundsson is also a Board Member at Snjallgögn, contributing to the Context Suite project aimed at enhancing SME operations with AI. As a mentor for KLAK and Operations Lead at StartupExperts, Gudmundsson supports a community of experienced professionals in HR, Finance, and Operations. Additional leadership roles include serving as Chairman of Karatedeild Fjölnis since February 2017. Previous experience includes key positions at Qlik and DataMarket, and serving as Executive Director at Industria. Gudmundsson holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Managerial Economics from Reykjavik University, along with a BSc in Business from the same institution and a journeyman's degree in Landscaping and Horticulture.
