Wendy Best

Wendy Best has over a decade and a half of experience in various roles related to human resources, talent acquisition, and recruitment. Wendy started their career as a Director of Technology, Digital & Media Recruitment and Business Development at Aurionpro in 2012. Following that, they held several positions at The Forum Group, including Vice President of Human Resources Recruitment, where they were responsible for full life cycle recruitment and business development for various industries. Wendy also worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Hudson RPO, managing client relationships. In 2019, they founded The Best Strategy, LLC, a Human Capital Management Consultancy providing talent acquisition and people operations solutions to seed to series A and B tech start-ups. Wendy also served as the Head of People at Hone Ventures, a venture studio empowering tech startups, and later joined Adit as the Director of People, responsible for talent acquisition and people functions for the USA. Additionally, they worked as a Community Lead and Startup Advisor at Startups.com and as a Culture First Chapter Lead at Culture Amp, where they built and facilitated the Miami, FL CultureFirst community. Wendy consistently demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and people operations throughout their career.

Wendy Best holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of South Florida. Wendy also has a Master's degree in Social Work from Barry University. However, no specific start or end years were provided for their education.
