Raymond Doraisamy has an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Raymond started their career at Datacom in 2006, where they held various roles such as Network Support, Technical Lead, and Team Manager. In 2008, they became an Infrastructure Technology Manager at Datacom until 2011.

After that, Raymond joined Microsoft as a Program Manager in 2011 and worked there until 2016. Raymond was responsible for managing outsourced suppliers and ensuring a scalable IT infrastructure.

In 2016, Raymond joined Prudential as a Senior IT Project Manager until 2018. Raymond then co-founded Xool Industries, a startup that revolutionized the home services industry in Singapore by introducing instant booking and online payments. Raymond served as a Co-Founder at Xool Industries until its acquisition in 2020.

In 2016, they also took on a role as a Startup Community Leader at Startup Weekend, where they played a crucial role in fostering entrepreneurship and building the local tech startup community.

Most recently, Raymond served as the Chief Operating Officer at StartupX, a company dedicated to fostering innovation and supporting the early-stage startup ecosystem in Asia.

Raymond Doraisamy attended the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Information Technology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2015, CISA from ISACA in 2013, ITIL Foundation in Service Management from ITIL in 2013, Six Sigma Yellow Belt from COPC Inc. in 2009, CCNA from Cisco in 2008, and COPC from Datacom in 2007.
