Claudio Guardado is the co-founder and CEO of Baltra, a role they have held since 2024. They earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2022–2024) and hold a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from ITESM (2012–2017). They have designed strategies for major corporations and federal governments and implemented data-driven solutions, including decarbonizing Oil & Gas operations in the Gulf of Mexico with an Uber-like model. They are passionate about closing the inequality gap in Latin America and the climate tech industry, and they enjoy running and playing soccer.
