Sharad Chadha

Sharad Chadha is an experienced operations leader with a career spanning over 18 years in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Starweaver since June 2023, Sharad previously held the same title at Earth Academy from November 2021 to June 2023. Prior to this, Sharad worked as a Program Manager at Innostrat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from April 2019 to October 2021, and as a Project Manager at Philips Lighting from November 2011 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, Sharad served as Project Lead at LIQVID e-Learning Services Pvt Ltd from September 2007 to October 2011 and as Team Lead at Standard Chartered Bank from March 2005 to August 2007.
