Javier Meneses

Javier Meneses is an experienced professional with a strong background in training management and logistics within the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of ISAC Training Scheduling at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Javier leads a team to coordinate the training schedules for the global rollout of the ISAC system. Previously, Javier held the position of Equity Partner in the Virtual Training Group at Edge IT Consulting, where responsibilities included recruiting instructors and acquiring course content. At Jack Morton Worldwide, Javier managed curricula and scheduling for IBM training across multiple cities, ensuring delivery and client satisfaction. Javier has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pace University, complemented by a diverse skill set developed through various roles in training and project management.
