Currently serving as GM Business Development at Starworth Infrastructure and Construction Ltd. since October 2021, Monalisa previously held leadership roles at L&W Construction Pvt Ltd, Starworth Infrastructure and Construction Ltd., Vision Earthcare, Hamon Research Cottrell India Ltd., FLSmidth, L&T Ltd.'s ECC Division, and OCL India Limited.
