Mehwish began in the HR domain at the RUDOLF GROUP as HR Manager from January 2012 to July 2013 and gained initial experience as an HR Internee at AEDesign (pvt) Ltd in July 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Administrative Sciences at the University of the Punjab, as well as training in HR tools and techniques from the Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of the Punjab.
