Francis Rozario

Francis has been the Chairman and CEO of Asia Capital and Advisors (ACA) since its formation in 2012. From 2003 to 2011 Francis was the CEO of Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH), the financial services subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. Prior to FFH, Francis spent 28 years at Citibank, where he ran businesses around the world, and in 1996, led the development of the “Commercial Bank” across Emerging Markets globally.
