Shyam Sandilya

Shyam Sandilya is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at StashAway since February 2025. Prior to this role, Shyam held multiple leadership positions at Sephora SEA, including Vice President of Ecommerce and Growth Marketing, where responsibilities included managing the eCommerce business across Asia ex China, driving commercial strategy, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. Shyam also has a background as Regional Director of Growth Marketing at Sephora and has worked at Havas Asia Pacific as Head of Ecselis/Digital Director, leading solutions for clients in digital marketing. Earlier in the career, Shyam managed accounts at Rage Communications, directed a business unit at Computer Age Management Services, and was a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Shyam holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Tech from Anna University Chennai.
