Brandi Moravek is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney's Office for Florida's 10th Judicial Circuit since June 2022. Previously, Brandi held positions as an Associate Attorney at Jiles Law, P.A., and The Law Office of Kari L. MacDonald, as well as rejoining the State Attorney's Office as an Assistant State Attorney from December 2017 to March 2021. Brandi's legal career commenced with roles as a Financial Crime Investigator at the Florida Department of Financial Services and as a Law Clerk at Badawi Law. Brandi earned a Juris Doctorate from Cooley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a minor in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University, along with an Associate of Arts in Criminology/Criminal Justice from Florida State College in Jacksonville. Additionally, Brandi has been actively involved in various legal associations throughout the educational journey, including the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.
