Avani Shah

Avani Shah has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2003 with a Merchandise Assistant role at Lane Bryant. In 2004, they joined kate spade as a Production Associate, eventually becoming a Senior Manager - Development & Production: Women for Women International collaboration. In 2013, they began consulting, working as a Production Consultant for Faire Collection (formerly Andean Collection), a Process Creation & Implementation Consultant for kate spade, and a Production, QC, Export Readiness Consultant for Prosperity Catalyst, Inc. Avani currently holds the role of Senior Director, Production at STATE Bags.

Avani Shah completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Textile Science and Human Ecology at The Ohio State University between 1999 and 2003.
