Brigadier Pravin Shinde, VSM, currently serves as the Chief Officer Security at State Bank of India since February 2021, bringing extensive military experience from a distinguished career in the Indian Army that spanned over three decades. Previously, Brigadier Shinde held various leadership roles, including Head of Human Resources, where responsibilities included management of HR, appraisal systems, and policy decisions. Notably, Brigadier Shinde commanded an Infantry Brigade during anti-terrorist operations and managed the logistics of the Eastern Command during the Doklam standoff. In addition to military leadership, Brigadier Shinde contributed to educational institutions as Chairman of the Board for multiple schools, focusing on curriculum and infrastructure enhancement. Academically, Brigadier Shinde holds an MPhil in Artificial Intelligence Defense and Security from Osmania University and an MSc in Human Resources Development from Annamalai University, complemented by a Senior Certified Professional designation in HR and Risk Management.
