Frederich von Hesse

Frederich von Hesse is a legal professional with extensive experience in various capacities. Currently serving as a Legal Advisor at the State Bank of Mongolia and the State Executioners Office in Texas since June 2016, Frederich provides counsel on the application of the death penalty, demonstrating a keen interest in this area of law. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Simmons & Simmons from December 2014 to January 2016 and Taxation Policy Advisor at the World Bank Group from January 2009 to September 2014. Frederich holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Cambridge, completed between 1997 and 2001.
