John Klak

John Klak is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop support and network administration. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at the State Bar of Wisconsin since June 2014, John successfully facilitated the transition from in-office work to a work-from-home environment, creating documentation and training staff. Prior to this role, John worked at Magnum Power Products, LLC from 2007 to 2014, where responsibilities included serving as Telecom Administrator, Network Administrator, and Project Manager, alongside achieving SOX compliance. John began the career as an IT intern at Magnum Power Products from 2007 to 2010, supporting a large user network. Earlier work experience includes a position as a Meat Packer at Silver Creek Specialty Meats from 2002 to 2006. John Klak holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, earned in 2010.
