Thais Marques

Thais Marques is currently serving as the Student Liaison for the Civil Rights & Liberties Section at the State Bar of Wisconsin, where responsibilities include writing section notes and coordinating meetings to foster networking between law students and board members. Prior experience includes a Law Clerk position at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, where Thais contributed to the discussion of disciplinary procedures, and a Legal Assistant role at Usow Jody L Atty, focusing on property division and legal research. Thais has also worked as a Project Assistant Intern at Evolv Technology, delivering industry reports, and served as a Research Assistant at Tufts University, compiling data on Brazilian art for a documentary. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law degree from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
